Maya Vander is just feeling grateful for her family after another tragic loss. Not long ago, the Selling Sunset star revealed on social media that she suffered a miscarriage at 10 weeks pregnant.

Maya Vander suffered a miscarriage nearly 6 months after the stillbirth

On Tuesday, the 40-year-old star took to her Instagram Story to share that she suffered a miscarriage when she was 10 weeks pregnant. This heartbreaking news comes nearly six months after the birth of her baby boy Mason in December last year.

Maya posted a picture of her sleeping son Aiden on her Instagram Story. She wrote, “I had a very crazy week. Miscarriage after 10 weeks…following my stillbirth..😢”, in the caption of the Story.

Vander went on to say, “But my kids and my husband are absolutely my blessing and I am so lucky to be their mother!!” Maya and her hubby David Miller are already proud parents of a son named Aiden, who is 3 years old, and a daughter named Elle who is 2 years old.

The TV personality concluded by saying sweet words for her two babies Aiden and Elle. She continued, “They bring joy and happiness to my life!! Hug and love the people you care about. Don’t take things for granted!🙏🏻”

Maya announced that she and her husband were expecting their third baby in July 2021

Maya welcomed her first child, son Aiden with her husband David Miller in April 2019. The pair’s second child joined them earthside in May 2020. Vander revealed she had her third baby on board in July 2021.

At the time, Maya put up a sweet baby bump picture of herself along with her husband on the social networking service Instagram. “Here we go again…baby number 3 will be our Christmas/ Chanukah present! 💙👶”, she captioned the post.

Maya shared that she suffered a stillbirth on social media

Nearly after five months, Maya suffered a stillbirth and she shared the sad news with all her fans by posting a picture of the memory box she took home from the hospital in December 2021.

“Yesterday was the hardest day of my life. I had a still birth at 38 weeks. I always heard of it but never imagined I’ll be part of the statistics. Instead of delivering a baby, I get to go home with a memory box…”, she captioned the picture.

Vander further added,” I do not wish this on anyone. What was a regular weekly checkup turned into a nightmare that I never imagine will happen to me. Given I share my pregnancies in the show I knew I’ll have to post about this and avoid the “ when is your due date “ question. You will always be in our heart baby Mason 💔💙”

Earlier this month, Vander reflected on the tragedy and stated that “Everyone handles loss in their own way, but for me I find the key is to stay busy. From my own experiences, I know the pain of loss won’t heal overnight, but today is a great day to begin or continue furthering the healing process.”

We send lots of love, light, and strength to Maya Vander and her husband David Miller as they are going through a tough phase in their lives at the moment. Don’t forget to stay tuned with us for the latest updates from the world of showbiz.
